It started in 1978, when Vick's Clothing opened at the San Jose flea market. Our founders have spent 48 years in wholesale apparel since, working straight with the factories that build the product instead of licensing a name and marking it up. That's the whole model: cut the middleman, keep the price honest, keep the quality up.

In 2026, Upfit Allwear acquired Maxxsel Apparel, with decades of manufacturing history in its own right, bringing the Oscar Jeans and Oscar Sports labels under the same roof. Same factories. Same standards. One name on the door.
